In all cases where we act as supplier to business customers, our offers, orders and agreements are subject to the General Terms and Conditions for the Manufacture and Supply of Metal Products (AVVLM 2020).

Governing law and jurisdiction
All our agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing, be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the place of business of Pronk Machinery BV.
